Eliška Benešová (1993) is a dancer, choreographer and teacher from the Czech Republic. She has studied a number of dance techniques, both at schools in Prague (Dance Conservatory of Prague, Duncan Centre Conservatory) and abroad (Escuela profesional de danza de Mazatlán, Mexico).
In 2016 - 2019 she worked at the Duncan Centre Conservatory, where she shared her experience from the world of dance and the research and educational program Fighting Monkey with students, and collaborated with commercial studios as a dance instructor for children and youth (Studio Eva Blažíčková, Emotion Dance studio, Dance Perfect studio).
Since 2017 she has been actively studying and developing her movement within the Fighting Monkey educational program, founded by Jozef Fruček and Linda Kapetanea. (founders of RootLessRoot Company and FM Practice). Together with Jakub Zeman, they work as independent lecturers and FM instructors, leading workshops for professionals and enthusiasts across disciplines in the Czech Republic and abroad (Europe, Latin America).
She currently collaborates as a dance lecturer with the Děčín dance studio FRI.DA and the Prague Budilová Theatre School. She leads dance lessons in Poděbrady for children and adults. She is dedicated to her own artistic creation and works on the Cube and Someday Soon projects as a performer and choreographer.
