(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
2. Registration for Educational Activities
Participation in courses, workshops, seminars, and other educational activities is possible only upon prior registration via e-mail or an online registration form.
The registration becomes binding upon confirmation by the Organizer.
By submitting the registration, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Venue and Form of Instruction
Educational activities take place at the premises specified for the respective activity on the Organizer’s website or at other venues announced in advance.
Instruction is conducted in person (or in a blended or online format, if specified) and is divided into teaching blocks of 60 minutes or more, depending on the nature of the specific activity.
4. Price and Payment Terms
The price of each educational activity is always stated for the specific course, workshop, or seminar on the Organizer’s website.
Payment is made cashless by bank transfer to the Organizer’s account:
Account No.: 2103128508 / 2010, unless otherwise stated for a specific activity.
The participant is obliged to pay the price within the deadline stated in the payment instructions. Failure to pay by the due date may be grounds for cancellation of participation.
5. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the participant, the Organizer reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
10% of the price if cancelled more than 21 days before the start
40% of the price if cancelled 20–11 days before the start
70% of the price if cancelled 10–4 days before the start
100% of the price if cancelled less than 4 days before the start
Failure to attend the educational activity without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund of the price of the activity.
6. Changes and Cancellation by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to:
change the venue, schedule, or lecturer,
cancel the educational activity for organizational or operational reasons.
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid or, by mutual agreement, to transfer participation to another date.
7. Personal Data Protection
Participants’ personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
These terms and conditions take effect on 1 January 2026.
