The inspiration is the work of Bedřich Smetana – primarily From Bohemian Meadows and Groves, from which a character long imprisoned in his own work is born. She gradually breaks to the surface to unfold before the viewer in all her unfettered beauty.
A statement about freedom, inner pressure and the need to be heard – without words, through the body and image.
