Budil Theatre School

Eliska Benesova (1993)

is a dancer, choreographer and pedagogue from Czech Republic. She has studied various dance techniques at the Prague Dance Conservatory, Duncan Centre Conservatory and at the EPDM in Mexico.

From 2016 - 2019 she has been sharing her skills with students at Duncan Centre Conservatory and different dance and movement studios. (Studio Evy Blažíčkové, Emotion Dance Studio, Dance Perfect Studio).

Since 2017 she has been actively studying with Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea (founders of RootLessRoot Company and FM Practice)  in the Fighting Monkey movement education research program. Together with Jakub Zeman (FM) they are leading workshops for people coming from different disciplines in Czech and foreign countries (Europe, Latin America).  

She is currently collaborating as a dance teacher with studio FRI.DA and Budil theatre school. As a performer and choreographer she is working on creations Cube and Someday SOON.
