Tomáš Běhal
Puppeteer, director, dramaturge, puppet promoter and statutory chairman of Toy machine o.s.
I was born on 28 August 1987 in Dvůr Králové nad Labem.
I liked to play already when I was little. Therefore, it was no surprise that I studied at the puppetry department.
I was lucky and doc. Marek Bečka from Buchty a loutky (Puppets and Cake) became my course leader. I was given the opportunity to go to an internship to Berlin where I studied under the guidance of prof. Hartmut Lorenz, the father of German puppeteers.
I use my experience to create our and my own performances.
In the future, I want to work on puppet projects at the Toy Machine Theatre and the like.
